TICKET INFO/PRICES

***We have changed the ticket format this year, for a variety of reasons.  It now is similar to how many other festivals structure their tickets. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING.***

EVERYONE will need to buy Day Passes for each day regardless of lodging, EXCEPT for VIP lodging at Leaning Tree Lodge (on site) and at Ruttgers Bay Lake Resort (off site, near camp).   So, you will first need to choose your desired Day Passes for each day, including for children ages 13 and up.  Children 12 and under are free with a paid adult.

Camping is separated out by the number of people and type of camping, and is done per night.  There are then a limited number ofPpull-through Campsites that have electric, Back-in Campsites with electric, and Designated/Reserved Campsites in Grouse Circle with NO electric.  **New this year are two Reserved Campsites behind the River Jordan bathhouse (near the Osprey House on the map) that have 110V electric ONLY…you could run lights on this, but NOT a/c, etc.   The Open Field Campsite sites are also paid by the night. For example, an Open Field camping site is $25 per night and intended for not more than 1 large or two small tents.  ****Pleas Note: Each person in a camping group also needs their Day Passes.***

***There is also a BIG CHANGE in the allocation of the large cabins this year***.  In the past, most of these were free with a camping pass and were first come, first served.  We couldn’t continue to do it that way.  This year, 10 of those cabins are available to RESERVE IN ADVANCE with a base price for up to 6 people.  We will need a name of all people in the cabin by the time of the fest. If there are more than 6 people , even if it is children 3 and up, there will be a $15 per night per person charge.  So, if two families decide to share a cabin and there are a total of 4 adults and 6 children, the cost would be the base price of $120 per night for the first 6 people, then $60 per night for the additional people. Everyone will still need to purchase their Day Passes as well (except kids 12 and under). You can reserve a cabin now and if you add people to it later you can let our manager, Tara, know and we’ll figure out the additional $$ owed.

One of these large cabins is being reserved as a “Bunkhouse” for attendees who may want a lower cost option but don’t want to camp, and who don’t mind sharing a cabin with other people. These cabins are large rooms with bunk beds, a porch and are close to one of the two bathhouses with running water and showers.  The cost for a spot in the Bunkhouse is $15 per night per person. These cabins do have electricity. The bunkhouse cabin accommodates 15 people.

***SOLD OUT!!!*** There is a VIP Cabin option as well.  Just as with camping, you will first purchase the Day Passes for each person and the cabin fee for Friday and Saturday nights.  Then the VIP ADD-ON is $275 PER PERSON and includes the Thursday night dinner and concert, and breakfast and lunch on Friday.

***SOLD OUT!***Finally, this year there is one small, Private Cabin – Hermitage – also available as a VIP option.  It sleeps two and has no running water but has a private outhouse. It is a short walk/drive to the Grouse Circle bathhouse.  The VIP cost for this Private Cabin is an additional $275.
